Any return of merchandise must be requested prior to the return by calling us at (800) 354-7937. A return reference will be given to you, which should be displayed on the return container.

We will accept returns up to 90 days after purchase date. Custom orders are not returnable.

Any return must be delivered to us in unopened containers, and in resalable condition.

Any authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any return made in exchange for some other product we sell will not be subject to a restock fee.

Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges.
